我寫mail去問卡夫總公司問有關他們的Cream Cheese(做cheese cake原料)是否含動物成份，他們回信說他們的Cream Cheese是以培養菌發酵，奶素者可吃，以下原文有興趣的人可看看。不過因我在台灣沒看過卡夫Cheese片，當時沒順便問這類較硬的Cheddar Cheese中凝乳酵素的問題。
